Sports coaching sessions
We deliver weekly training sessions for schools, clubs and individuals that want to learn new skills and develop their capability in sport. We cover a range of activities depending on who is in the sessions with us; every child is assessed by our coaches before each session so they feel confident and comfortable taking part.
Weekly group training is a great way to keep children fit and sociable. We're all friends here at SDA Sports Academy and we always create an enjoyable, exciting session that your child will want to come back to time and time again.

Weekly sessions are aimed at children aged 4 to 18, split by age group so coaching is pitched at the right level.
Yes. We provide weekly coaching for after-school clubs, primary and secondary schools, sports clubs and community groups. Tell us your group size, age range and venue and we'll build a plan.

No. We're flexible — try a single session, book a block, or sign up on an ongoing basis. Most families book a half-term block to start.
