Youth sports coaching
SDA Sports Academy is proud to deliver professional private 1-2-1 sports coaching for all sports, including football players and goalkeepers. These sessions enhance a player's personal technical ability using quality training techniques and tailored session plans to help grow confidence and improve specific skills.
We work closely with you to understand what goals you and your child would like to achieve, then we work hard alongside them to develop these skills in a safe, engaging environment. We evaluate strengths and identify weaknesses that could be improved — and we measure progress every session.

1. Set the goals
We chat about what you'd like to improve — first touch, finishing, goalkeeping, fitness or confidence.
2. Build the plan
Your coach designs session plans focused entirely on those goals, with game-realistic drills.
3. Track progress
Each session builds on the last. We measure improvements and adjust the plan as your child grows.

Common questions
Individual 1-hour sessions are £20. A block of 5 hours is £90 and 10 hours is £170 — saving up to £30 versus single bookings.
We coach children and young people of all ages and abilities, from beginners through to club-level players looking to sharpen technical detail.
Football and goalkeeping are our most-requested 1-2-1 sessions, but we also coach rugby, cricket, tennis and other sports — get in touch with what you'd like to develop.
We'll source a suitable outdoor facility close to your home. If you have a preferred pitch or venue, we can usually use that instead.
Before the first session we'll chat about what your child wants to improve — first touch, passing, finishing, goalkeeping, fitness, confidence — and we build session plans around those specific goals.
