Youth sports club coaching
We offer expert coaching for sports teams who are serious about developing to the next level. Our team of expert coaches have everything you need to see quality results for your sports club and team. SDA Sports Academy currently works with several teams across Yorkshire, including the brilliant Settle United AFC at both senior and junior levels.
We deliver engaging sessions for teams that allow them to develop personally and athletically — in pre-season and throughout the season. We can take care of a team from start to finish, pre-season through to cool-down.
Sometimes acting as a consultant for teams, SDA Sports Academy inspires and improves performance, and forms bespoke training plans that give you the edge over the competition. We also produce sports team and club coaching plans so you don't have to worry about planning — you can focus on delivery.

Yes. We design and deliver complete pre-season training programmes — fitness, technical, tactical and cool-down — so your club starts the season ready to compete.
Absolutely. Some clubs prefer to have us as a consultant — we'll build the bespoke training plan and you deliver it with your existing coaching staff.
Football is our biggest discipline, but we also support rugby, cricket, netball, basketball and tennis clubs. Get in touch with what you need.
Yes — we hold public liability and professional indemnity insurance up to £1 million. All coaches are FA Level 2 qualified and DBS-checked.
